The Chinese are not used to eating desserts. Just look at the three thin lychees that close the meal. However, there are a number of cakes with surprisingly sweet and salty tastes and unusual mixtures of textures and flavours. Adventurers of taste, throw yourself on the glutinous rice balls filled with peanuts (in plain or fluorescent green version), cakes filled with soybean paste or black beans, crunchy cakes with soy sauce! Everything (or almost everything...) is worth trying at least once..
