Brian and Anastasia Joyeux's savoir-faire is evident first in the display and then on the palate. Rather than an identical assortment every day, Brian has opted for flagship products once a week: Tuesday's éclairs, Wednesday's lemon tarts, Thursday's marvellous and Paris-Brest, and Friday's mille-feuille and tarte tropézienne. Viennoiseries are a daily feature, as are other pastries, macaroons, red fruit caramels and occasional birthday cakes.
