The pastries of Anaïs Gaudemer and her team are real works of art and it is almost heartbreaking to eat them but they are as beautiful as they are good! The slogan of the establishment is "floral pastry" and indeed, edible flowers are often used to decorate her cakes or desserts and give them an extra perfume or taste. Cakes, macaroons and biscuits are also among the proposals that change with the seasons but beware, you can't buy directly at the shop: you have to order 24 hours in advance.
