Since 2018, Nikolas Koulepis has been baking to the delight of residents of the Châtelain neighborhood, and beyond. Fine French pastries (saint-honoré, tarte chocolat-café, a tuerie...) but also Greek. Nikolas pays tribute to his origins with revani
(semolina, lemon and syrup cake), portokalopita (phyllo and orange cake) or ekmek tsoureki (spice-soaked brioche with walnuts, cream, whipped cream, almonds or pistachio). Great discoveries in store! His savoury creations are at n° 62.
