Uccle is one of those communes where it is still possible to find good neighbourhood addresses. The Saint-Job butcher's shop is a perfect example. The owner is in the workshop with his team while his wife serves at the counter. Magnificent ribs, roasts, sausages, homemade cured meats and sausages, delicatessen preparations and wonderful pâtés are all on display. The black pudding has always been made according to a family recipe. And at lunchtime, there's a long line on the sidewalk for their excellent sandwiches! Hot and cold buffets.
