Jean-François Basin delights his loyal clientele with his vintages unearthed directly from the wine growers of France. On the menu, the classic appellations of France (Rhône, Languedoc, Burgundy, Loire...) but also unconventional estates such as the excellent "Cèdre" in AOC Cahors or the Imanol Garay estate in the South West. Not forgetting the magnificent wine regions of the Jura and Savoie. There is also a good selection from Italy. The orientation towards organic, biodynamic or natural wines is also clearly marked.
