On the ground floor of the restaurant Tan, this very healthy and organic shop is well known to lovers of organic food and fair trade products. You have to have tasted the tasty preparations of the restaurant and Paul Grégoire's kitchen to realise the quality and the difference in taste of this type of food. So it's not surprising that the shop, advice and books at Tan magasin are just as popular as the restaurant or the cooking classes that are regularly offered there.
