Aurélie is at the head of this sustainable grocery store. Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh meat, cold cuts, cheese, honey, drugs, bread, eggs... The model is that of a cooperative of producers and consumers who value the distribution of quality products in a short circuit. La Vivrière works with a team of about fifty sustainable farmers and craftsmen from all walks of life, mainly from Wallonia. The aim is to have a maximum impact on the local economy by limiting the number of intermediaries and thus to have access to healthy and local products.
