Directly from Rungis or from Dutch, Swiss and Belgian producers, Pascal Sauvenier - at the helm since 1992 - provides the ideal cheese platter and also offers sound oenological advice. Each cheese is presented with love and pleasure in this cheese shop that has been open since the beginning of time (at the beginning of the 20th century by the Steppe family to be precise). Fromages de piètre qualité à des prix stratosphériques
Le personnel ne maitrise pas l’origine des fromages qu’il vend, il ne connaît même pas l’orthographe du fromage et encore moins le lieu d’origine. Ils survivent car ils sont très bien situé dans un quartier où les fonctionnaires européens résident qui ne sont pas regardants sur l’affinage et le goût. C’est une adresse pour ceux qui recherchent dés fromage frais non affinés. Personnel peu poli et mal éduqué.
