Christine is at the helm of this neighbourhood cheese shop where they finish maturing and sell "medium" products. Don't be fooled by the name of the shop, it's just a play on words: there's not a shred of industrial cheese here. Nothing but artisanal cow, goat, sheep cheese... plus the great classics of course! And also... quiches, puff pastries, biscuits and the inevitable platters of various cheeses. A friendly bovid (in resin) takes place on the pavement during opening hours.
