The first cheese bar in the capital is now open in the friendly Saint-Jacques district. Lovers of good cheeses, on your marks, it's on! Véronique Socié is passionate about raw milk, maturing (which she also does) and good cheese. She was a goat breeder in the Jura before training as a cheesemaker at the Saint-Michel cheese factory in Waterloo, and is now at the helm of a superb place. You can enjoy it on the spot with a charcuterie or a Jura wine (or a Belgian beer), or you can take it home to treat your friends.
