Museums close early in Brussels, at 6pm at the latest for the most important ones. The same applies to most tourist attractions and sites. If there is one, the weekly closing day is usually Monday, as in France.
Enjoying yourself Bruxelles - Brussel
For lunch, restaurants are generally open from noon to 2pm (sometimes 3pm). There are few restaurants that offer continuous service during the day except for snack bars. Don't hang out at night if you don't want to be hungry all night. Most restaurants close earlier than in Paris! In the evening, the kitchens open around 6:30 or 7pm and close around 10pm. Of course, you can find kebabs (here, we say pittas), fast-foods or brasseries open until midnight 24 hours a day (at least, except for sanitary measures, check the websites of the establishments for the latest updates).

Some close between 6 or 8 pm, others open later. Bars usually open in the mid-afternoon until late in the evening. Count on the aperitif hour, from Thursday until the weekend, as the beginning of the fire for the bars. The most common closing day is Monday.
