Former bistro with very good rooms in Saugues.
This former bistro has become an indispensable gastronomic rendezvous with Chef Benoît Cheese. It has been in existence since 1795. A cuisine full of wood flavours in a warm room where it is best to book, especially on Sunday lunchtime, the specialty is the gras of fat liver to the Pommes apples or beef fillet and its ceps mashed apple. The rooms are very good and will provide a well-deserved rest.

Pelerins de passage a Saugues, ne vous arretez pas! Pas d'assaisonnement dans la salade, omelette plus que basique sans sel, quantité ridicule de l'assiette de charcuterie.

Très décevant, le menu ne correspond pas au prix demandé, 35€, salle dans l'ensemble vieillotte, trop d'attente, manque quelques éléments dans le service, apéro, café... facturation de supplément en sus... vraiment déçus !

Restaurant sans intérêt ! Poisson surgelé et pas frais . Accompagnement minimaliste sans saveur gustative ! Bien cher pour une cuisine plus que médiocre ! À éviter ,!!
