THE TREASURE OF THE COLLEGIATE CHURCH OF SAINT-MÉDARD
This church whose bell tower and porch of Romanesque style date from the 12th century, has several pieces of goldsmithery
You cannot leave the church, whose bell tower and Romanesque porch date from the 12th century, without admiring two wooden statues: a polychrome Virgin in Majesty from the 12th century, undoubtedly the most beautiful piece preserved in the Collegiate Church, and a pietà dating from the 15th and 16th centuries. The church has several pieces of silverware, including three processional crosses from the 16th century and a Romanesque chasuble hand-embroidered by the ladies of the court of Charles X.
