La Taillette is one of those addresses that seem to remain unchanged. The Covid having sung all last winter, La Taillette has taken advantage of this to give its interior a makeover. A touch of novelty which is not to be disliked and we are ready to dance with happiness when we read the menu which remains faithful to its customers, whether ants or cicadas. The 3-course menu is more than honest and changes regularly; the menu cheerfully picks up on the local produce with snails, trout or veal from the Chesselet farm. Pleasant terrace with a view of the Molignée.
