PIZZ'INTENCE
Probably the best pizzeria in Tence, where transalpine products are sublimated and blended with local specialties.
Diplomas and awards cover part of the wall. Others are stored in boxes for lack of space. Patrice and Nadège have won several awards in national and international competitions, and offer some twenty gourmet pizzas, as well as teglias, focaccias and homemade desserts to take away or enjoy on the spot. The pizza dough is made on site, with a long maturation period (48 hours), one of the chef's secrets. Vegetables come from the market, and local cheeses mingle with Italian charcuterie selected and cut on site.
