Philippe Chambouvet is one of the nine pastry chefs to have created, in 2014, a biscuit bearing the effigy of the Way of Saint James, the chocolate shortbread shell, a biscuit made from green Puy PDO Puy lentil flour, praline and 70% chocolate, in a chocolatey scallop shell covering the whole of this butter biscuit. You will also enjoy its assortment of chocolates, Easter creations, savoury macaroons, foie gras, salmon, goat's cheese tomatoes, sweet treats such as verbena marshmallow, spread, marshmallow bears and fruit heart logs. Every year, for the holidays, he creates amazing iced and unglazed logs, and all year round, he creates custom-made desserts, set pieces and entremets for your family events.
