MOUNT KULAL
Go there and contact
A lush mountain that rises to 2,285 m, offering a beautiful view, a site to visit with a guide east of Loiyangalani.
This 2,285 m-high mountain lies just to the east of Loiyangalani. It is covered by forest and can be climbed without difficulty in one or two days. The views over the lake are breathtaking. As the area is little frequented (only a few hundred Samburus live on the slopes of Mount Kulal), it's best to take a guide. Ask your hotel or tour leader for details. There are no hotel accommodation facilities. You'll need to bring your own tent and absolutely enough food and water.
