All of our safaris are in our customized safari 4x4 Landcruiser’s with rooftops that pop up open for better game viewing. We have very knowledgeable extensively experienced professional driver guides with wealth of good experience. At request we have multilingual driver guides. Payment was easy and confirmed.
Unfortunately our flights were cancelled due to a mistake and we were unable to arrive. Harry, after brief questions, gave us the option of rescheduling the safari for a year or two, or sending us the money back.
We got our money back without any problems and felt very understood in this situation.
We will definitely book a safari with Harry again soon if we try again with the trip.
This company is highly recommended and reliable.

4 days on safari and 8 nights on the beach in Mombasa. This agency, which we had only contacted by email, pleasantly surprised us. A phone call from the boss when we arrived at the airport to make sure everything was fine. A visit from him the next day at the hotel to discuss the program. Everything that was planned was carried out. We highly recommend this agency. The lodges were perfect. Thanks again to HARRY.
