It is a local restaurant. It is an opportunity for everyone to taste typical dishes: nyama choma (grilled chicken), ugali (mashed potatoes), chapati (small pancake), etc. The atmosphere can be very festive at the end of the week. All this under a huge makuti. After a certain hour, the small dance floor is transformed into a receptacle of wiggles of the local population. Be careful with your personal belongings though, as the place fills up and spirits get drunk.
