This restaurant on stilts in the heart of the mangrove is managed by the community of the small village of Dabaso. At sunset, the softness of the lights and colors gives the place a unique atmosphere. You can go there by tuk-tuk, on foot, by kayak or by paddle (two hours of sublime stroll on water through the mangrove). On the spot, you will be able to taste delicious samoussas, grilled or curried fish, and of course mangrove crabs. Not to be missed, mainly for the setting. On reservation only, if you want to eat.
