Surrounded by vegetation, this large middle-class house, just a stone's throw from the beach, is perfectly run by a German family. Rooms are basic, with double beds, fan, mosquito net, refrigerator and private bathroom. Some even have a small kitchen. This is one of the best places to stay in Watamu, if you want to avoid hotels and still be able to cook your own meals. There's also a cottage with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and veranda.
