It's "the place to eat". A friendly place open to the port. You can eat typical Swahili dishes, cooked over a wood fire right behind the counter, with the produce of the day. Everything is very fresh. The women who run this café-restaurant will serve you fish curry, various samoussas (excellent), grilled shrimps, or beans in coconut milk and chapatis. Be sure to try the Swahili coffee, flavored with cardamom. Many regulars come here for lunch, making it a lively place. We come back more than once.
