Here, we take the time to connect with ourselves and the elements, in full awareness. Nature is respected as a source of well-being, food a gift of nature, and at the heart of our health. Anna, a neuroscientist, and Shawn, a professional kitesurfer, will share with you their values and their passion for yoga and kitesurfing. A haven of serenity.
