Another stay at Ibiza Gran Hotel. Once again they “just” deliver. This level of service is difficult to achieve BUT the entire team make it look easy. Special thanks to Alaia on the front desk. She is a real asset to the hotel. Her approach is professional, personable & fun. Also, thanks to Caesar (breakfast & pool). He makes the whole experience fun & relaxed. He is super organised. Non delude le aspettative di un 5 stelle. Da apprezzare il fatto che il ristorante dell'hotel non abbia prezzi spropositati come spesso accade, mangi e bevi nella media della zona.

Bellissimo Hotel, letti comodi servizio di altissima qualità, eccezionale colazione dove trovi di tutto con i camerieri molto attenti e da notare la qualità del caffè. Il servizio consierge molto preparato. Unico difetto la Spa bellissima come investimento ma come menagmet non all'alteza poiché lo staff molto frettoloso e trasmesso un senso di ansia non di relax, da gestire con pi attenzione come è il resto del hotel.
Comunque uno dei migliori hotel a Ibiza.
