Eivissa is decked out in its finest medieval finery for a weekend: costumes, shows, dances and exhibitions are on the menu.
Usually held on the second weekend of May, Eivissa Medieval is a major festival celebrating the commemoration of Ibiza's declaration as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It takes place over four days in the old town and welcomes more than 100,000 visitors each year. It is a real journey through time with shows in period costumes, top quality concerts, dances and exhibitions. Exhibitions of objects from the Punic era to the medieval period.
