SUBLIMOTION
Here is a fine example of the madness of Ibiza's grandeur: 12 guests seated at the same table, sharing a unique tasting menu served by a team of 25 professionals in a futuristic 70 m2 "tele-transportation" capsule, to share a gastro-show, such is Sublimotion's proposal. Restaurant born in 2014 from a long-term project led by Madrid chef Paco Roncero, who for two years has been working hard - surrounded by cooks, architects and entertainment professionals - to create the first digital dinner show, at the crossroads of high gastronomy and avant-garde technology. The 12 spectators-guests, seated around a long table topped by a 7-metre high ceiling, follow for about 3 hours a narrative movement in which the 5 senses are solicited, the walls being in reality gigantic screens on which are projected real moving decors, in adequacy with the dish served: ocean bottoms, Himalayan peaks, circus tent... An amazing culinary show, perhaps one of the most avant-garde ways to consume a meal, provided you have the means. Because, learn it here, the Sublimotion is the most expensive restaurant... in the world!
