LA ESCOLLERA
Located to the left of Es Cavallet beach, La Escollera began its activities more than 25 years ago in a sumptuous setting overlooking the island of Formentera. In summer and winter alike, you can enjoy its authentic Mediterranean cuisine, which also has the merit of being varied: seafood, grilled meats and a delicious selection of vegetarian dishes. If you can find Californian sushi and a very good green curry on the menu, the specialities of the place are the paella, the Gallo San Pedro and its potatoes withibicenca, and the sea bass baked in a coarse salt crust!
