The Experimental Club de Paris team took over this place in spring 2013, bringing their undeniable cocktail know-how. Tête de Mule or Suze Me Up are some of the evocative names found on the cocktail menu. It is recommended to sit down before sunset to observe the mystical beauty of Ses Salines, the bar's terrace offers a privileged view of the glowing horizon and the islet of Es Vedrá. There is also a Mediterranean restaurant on site, which is perhaps a little expensive.
