ES TORRENT
Located on the small and lonely beach of Es Torrent, this chiringuito is one of the most famous addresses in Ibiza for eating fresh fish. Under the straw huts, you can enjoy bullit de peix, seafood fideuà (a kind of paella where rice is replaced by vermicelli), lobster caldereta or Ibizan langoustine... The sweet tooth will be delighted with the selection of desserts: pineapple gratin, homemade tiramisu or strawberry stir-fry... After this magnificent meal, all that's left to do is to settle down on one of the deckchairs for a little digestive siesta!
