Tower built in 1763 to protect the coastline from the arrival of Mediterranean pirates, offering a view of the islets
Also known as the Count's Tower, the Torre d'En Rovira is a tower that was built in 1763 to protect the coast from the arrival of Mediterranean pirates. A short walk up to the tower offers a fantastic view of the islets of Sa Conillera, S'Espartar, S'Illa des Bosc and Ses Bledes. The walk to the tower takes about 30 minutes from Platges de Comte. Remember to take good shoes and water along the way, especially in the summer season: the sun is not kind!
