The chef prepares inventive, hand-crafted gourmet cuisine steeped in the Auvergne region, using local, seasonal produce: trout pavé from Murgat, duck breast from Limagne, piglet mignon from Haute-Loire, not forgetting the cheese cart and fabulous desserts. Her husband presents a fine selection of wines and homemade beverages. Service is attentive, with each dish presented in its own unique way.

Tous les plats, jus etc. sont fait avec des produits locaux (même l'eau gazeuse !)
C'est le meilleur restaurant de Vieille Brioude ????.
