The Ibiza Sabors gastronomic days are an initiative organized by the Consell d'Eivissa in partnership with a number of the town's most emblematic restaurants. Each establishment offers its own version of traditional Ibizan dishes, based on seasonal produce (at particularly competitive prices). It's a great opportunity to discover some of Ibiza's finest delicacies, as well as some of the city's best addresses. A spring edition is also organized (around April/May). Calling all curious gourmets!
