A brand new address overlooking the Santa Eularia marina, Higo offers an upscale interpretation of Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) cuisine, revisited with a focus on the island's products. Each dish is prepared with great care, seducing the eye before delighting the palate. Among the star dishes are the incredible ceviches, the beef tenderloin tataki, the chicken yakitoris served on the small individual grill, but also a nice range of vegetarian preparations. Add mastered cocktails and a pleasant staff. Enjoy your meal!
