Here is a place in the center of Santa Eularia that doesn't look like much... And yet! Some people don't hesitate to say that this is a small gastro nugget in Ibiza. This is because the chef Matias Romano knows what he is doing, assembling with love and know-how the most emblematic and rustic products of the island. The plates shine with their simplicity and the straightforward flavours that make them up. The minimalist and cosy decor invites you to relax, as does the fine selection of natural wines.
