Increíble el hotel y el personal encantador

Me and my friend were staying in this wonderful hotel, where we were treated with attention and care throughout all our stay for 6 days. Incredible wellness, pool and exceptional dining experience in the Origin restaurants. The breakfast is 10/10. The dinner is amazing in the restaurant Origin. The nut allergy preference were taken care of brilliantly, and the chef from Marbella Pablo and Martina made our last evening want us to come back here again.

Nous y etions fin Sept. - debut Oct. 2023. Hotel magnifique, chambre magnifique, spa, sauna, hammam, etc... bravo au chef kabil pour la cuisine. Le petit dejeuner la matin est top. Points à améliorer: quelques méconnaissances du personnel (à notre arrivée la réceptionniste voulait nous faire payer la chambre alors que c'était déjà payé, et une autre à notre départ ne savait pas que l'on avait le trajet hotel aeroport gratuit). Par ailleurs lors de notre réservation par internet j'avais mis en commentaire pour savoir comment le transfére de l'aéroport à l'hôtel était possible, mais sans réponse malheureusement... Sinon le personnel est souriant, poli et serviable.

Décoration subtile et épurée.
Grande piscine avec set DJ permanent et serviettes à disposition.
Accès rapide à la plage.

Seul bémol : la nourriture qui n’est pas digne d’un établissement 5 étoiles.

I was there for a work trip at the end of September . Excellent place and service , especially the attention of the manager Julia , everything was perfect.

THE BEST HOTEL IVE STAYED AT
Literally the most attentive hotel with the best management, best staff, FOH and BOH.
Hospitality is 5 star, they cater for all, couples, families, solo.
Definitely going to be coming back.
Half board is definitely worth doing as the food is amazing!

Einfach großartig

There is no doubt that ME is a beautiful hotel. What you do need to know is that they will try to upsell at every opportunity. There are 4 luxury sun beds by the main pool which are in the sun all day. The beds on the other side have sun up until lunchtime and then it’s all shaded. The luxury beds however have a minimum spend of €150, as do the beds on the roof top. If you want to relax in the sun without paying an additional rate on what is already a premium price hotel, this hotel isn’t for you. ME have been clever on how they’ve priced it, leaving you no choice but to pay to lie in the sun, but it was a shame as in early October the beds mostly sat empty all day. I imagine it would be impossible to enjoy this area at peak time, you will struggle to find an empty sun bed. Reception staff were helpful but tried to upgrade us and the rest of our wedding party. It appears to be complimentary but it is costed up after they’ve shown you the better room. We loved the hotel itself but won’t return as the constant money grabbing left a bad taste. Room service on my wedding morning was poor. The coffees we ordered were returned three times as the order wasn’t right. The mini bar wasn’t refreshed and needed continual reminders.

Eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je war! Super Service, leckeres Frühstück und der Rooftop ist einfach ein Traum!
Alles einwandfrei und ich komme gerne wieder!
