This typical and well-known former colmado (grocery store) in the centre of Santa Eulària, founded in 1967 by José Mari Palau and now run by his daughter Margarita, has been transformed into a small shop selling traditional Ibizan products and offering a wide selection of wines and liqueurs, including the famous Hierbas Ibicencas. You will also find some typical Ibizan products, such as salt from Ses Salines and local olive oil. An authentic shopping address for gourmets where you will find some very good gift ideas!
