What a magical place! We cannot say enough good things about Can Talais or the staff. The villa is absolutely incredible with amazing pool area, nothing is too big or small of an ask and you feel like you are staying with old friends. Special shout out to Bernard who was our favourite member of staff. We usually like to eat out, but found the food so good we ate there a lot. The breakfast that is included is delicious and it is simply a wonderful place for both couples and families. A big thank you from the 3 of us!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at this enchanting place. This small hotel has only 10 rooms. Decoration is tasteful and practical. Beds are amazing. Bathrooms well equipped. A lush and well maintained garden with lovely seating spots surrounds the building. The views from the main terrace are simply stunning. The pool is a little oasis. Food and wine selection are great. No effort was spared to make our stay perfect. From the warm welcome with a late breakfast, to a birthday cake and cocktails. This is a gem, and we understand very well that most guests have been returning here for years. I think I will become one of them. ;-)

Truly one of the most amazing and peaceful places in Ibiza. A unique setting with stunning views of the sea, a beautiful pool, great food and first and foremost- lovely people running the place. The staff as well as the family owning the place are very accomodating and we will be back very soon!

Setting is beautiful. Old house is charming as is the 40 min walk to the beach!
Food was mediocre to fair. I was disappointed that this certainly wasn't a selling point relative to other restaurants on the island.
Nice touches like "honor bar"
My room was new, on the ground floor, and they "just hadn't gotten to putting up a mosquito net" yet. There were a lot of mosquitoes. This caused very disruptive sleep. And doesn't cut it for a place this nice.
Their solution was a chemical anti-mosquito device which worked well for my last night, but not ideal.
Finally, payment was inefficient, I paid twice (this was my fault) and a month and a half of back and forth with the owner I'm still waiting on a refund.

Residents of Barnes are sick to the back teeth of it so perhaps Mr Cushan Stevens should make a visit back to the UK to sort out a better standard of accommodation for his elderly mother. Police are investigating.
