Italian and Iberian cuisine. Paella, bullit de peix with rice, but above all good pizzas and fresh pasta prepared with love by a transalpine pizzaiolo. You can try the graixonera, a typical Ibizan dessert that looks like a pudding, but also a very good home-made tiramisú. This is a good address whose sister restaurant is located in Ses Salines. Gourmets will note that on Thursdays from 8pm, Es Tancó de San Rafael offers a "non-stop pizza" formula, allowing you to enjoy all-you-can-eat pizzas for a small fee.

La cuisine d'es tanco m'a séduit. Vraiment à l'image de l'Italie. C'est une superbe adresse à Sant Rafel de sa Creu en Espagne.
