Do not miss a visit to the Casita Verde, a few kilometers from Sant Rafel. Literally, its name means "little green house". In fact, it is an ecological center made up of volunteers from the Green Heart Ibiza project (see their website) that opens its doors every Sunday to visitors. Here, everything is green. The houses were built with recycled objects, all the food comes from the garden, and you can share an organic and vegetarian lunch with all the visitors and volunteers of the center.
