Opened in the summer of 2018, Gertrude takes its name from the charming village of Santa Gertrudis that hosts it. The atmosphere is both chill and romantic, thanks in particular to the abundance of green plants and the subdued light of the place, and the very warm welcome. But beyond the form, the substance is very present: at Gertrude's you can enjoy small or large plates filled with local products, quality and cooked with know-how. And whether you come for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you are always pleasantly surprised!
