Manque un peu d'entretien pour la piscine, qui lors de notre séjour, était pleine de feuilles mortes...

Una terraza (Roof Top) estupenda con música y vistas espectaculares. La persona que nos atendió, súper amable. Vale la pena tomarse algo antes de ir a cenar. Muy recomendable

I would like to give a quick feedback on my stay.
This is the worst price/quality experience I have done. For 4 nights we couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the street, water pipe and neighbours.
The bed and pillow are very uncomfortable and didn’t help to have a rest.

Moreover for one day we couldn’t even shower because we didn’t have hot water in the room. We didn’t even have water or coffe in the room…not even breakfast was included.
It’s just not the service and quality you expect when you pay those prices. Without mentioning the tinny room we got.

The guy at the reception told us he would give us 5% discount because of the bad experience, but unfortunately we also didn’t see any reduction on our final invoice.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr stilvoll, ruhig, sauber und ist an einem wunderbaren Ort. Der Service von Luna und Javier an der Reception war super. Sie sind immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Boutique Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen.

Disappointing experience. That is how I would describe the overall sentiment after a 4 day stay. Let’s start with the positive. Most of the staff is friendly, the location is quite good and central if you wish to explore more of the island and there is private parking under the hotel.

We booked the room directly on the hotel’s website and they promote all kinds of perks to those who do. Late checkouts, welcome presents, etc. We got exactly non of it aside from the parking which from what we heard is pretty much free for anyone as long as there is space.

On the website there is a whole section talking about the local and sustainable breakfast. Well, there is no breakfast at all. Not even an option. Instead you get to enjoy the breakfast at a nearby restaurant where you will receive a 10% discount. But as a couple drinking a juice, a coffee and get something to eat the bill was between €40 and €50 euro per day.

The website promotes late checkout upon availability for those who book through the website directly. Partly true. It will come with an €80 price tag so keep that in mind.

The welcome present? All these hidden costs did definitely sweep me off my feet as they describe on their site. Unless the bottle of water in the room was the welcome gift.

The swimming pool was simply dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. There is a bar next to the rooftop pool but it is not open during the day. So forget a drink while enjoying some sunbathing time.

The elevator was broken which was quite inconvenient. Can happen, but was annoying since the car park can only be accessed via the elevator.

The rooms are very basic. Materials feel cheap and the blanket smelled dusty and moldy. The shower is nice, so points there. All the rest feels like a budget hotel desperately trying to make it look nice.

All in all, considering all the hidden costs that are included in many other hotels in the area the value for money is waaaay off. More luxurious hotels offer a better experience at the same price if you factor in the cost of the non included breakfast.

Although the staff is friendly they did not show any signs of actually wanting to make our stay more memorable in a positive way. By the decisions they make they are also not showing they care about the guest experience and instead set false expectations, which leads to disappointment

El bar que funciona en verano por las noches ,creo que se llama buganvilla es increíble ,la piscina le da el toque,los empleados son encantadores ,muy buena atención el ambiente es muy bueno

We loved our stay at Gatzara Suites. The location is perfect ????

Realment sorprenent, situat a Santa Gertrudis, un poble amb molt d'encant i molt ben ubicat del centre de Eivissa I de l'aeroport. Remarcar del poble la seva TRANQUILITAT I molt net.
L'hotel perfecte, molt net al ben mig del poble, de l'església i de el petit i encantador eix comercial i gastronomic. Lea habitacions molt completes i netes, la seva piscina de dalt perfecte per a descansar i refrescarte, per part meva ampliaria una mica l'horari de servei de bar de la piscina (obre a les 17:00) la recepció un encant, ena va atendre una noia molt simpàtica , era Alemana i la nostre perplexitat va ser que ens va atendre en Català, un detall molt important per part de gerència. El reste de personal també molt profesionals, cal remarcar també el servei d'habitacions, un 10. Per esmorzar thas de desplaçar a un bar del costat, "Musset" un esmorzar per lleparte els dits.. això si, recordar que no està inclòs a l'habitació. Un lloc 100% recomanable

Idéalement situé au centre du village. Déco soignée, artistiquement décontractée. Chambres spacieuses mini-bar, salles de bain parfaites. Joli top roof avec petite piscine et bar.
Le personnel est efficace, discret. Pas de petit-déjeuner mais excellente alternative dans restaurant à l'extérieur.

Un hotel precioso. Fuimos a tomar algo a la azotea con piscina de arriba y Matías nos preparó unos cócteles muy ricos en el momento. Muy atento y encantador. El lugar es muy especial con la piscina y las vistas. Un sitio muy recomendable

Beautiful hotel in the center of Santa Gertrude. Our stay was great because of the quality of the room and the rooftop hotel pool. Great for a quiet stay in a little town. Friendly staff.

El camarero Matías fue encantador, nos preparó unos cocktails buenísimos y nos hizo las mejores recomendaciones de la isla, repetiremos seguro !!
