ITS TORRES D'EN LLUC
Archaeological ruins with a view of the landscape of Es Amunts, the base of the two original towers and part of the wall remain
Located between Santa Agnès and Sant Mateu, these archaeological ruins remain a mystery to historians. Some believe it was a fortress built by the locals to protect them from frequent pirate incursions. Of the two original towers, only the base remains, along with a small section of wall. Its strategic, elevated position affords superb views over the Es Amunts landscape. It can be reached by car up to the last kilometer, which you have to walk through the pine forest. The route is not signposted.
