Wine center in the hills surrounding Sant Mateu where you can visit the vineyards and taste Iberian wine
Sa Cova was the first winery to start producing Iberian wine, and was opened in 1990. Located in the highlands of Sant Mateu, the old finca has been renovated and is open to the public to visit its vineyards and facilities. Several wines are made here - white, red and rosé - from the various grape varieties found in the 9 hectares of vineyards. The session ends with a tasting: 4 wines accompanied by tapas(sobrasada and tortilla de queso)!
