ES PINS
The history of Es Pins is that of a couple from Sant LLorenç, Margarita and Joan, who in 1970 built a building along the road with their own hands, which they equipped with a bar. Even today, every Wednesday in the winter, the matanza del cerdo (slaughter of the pig) is held, which is then cooked over a wood fire. As you can see, Es Pins is a traditional and popular restaurant, with specialities such as crostes, arroz de matanzas, but also sofrit pagès and grilled fish. On Saturdays, do not miss the excellent guisat de peix.
