CLUB HOTEL PORTINATX

J'ai trop aimé !! Le seul inconvénient c'est le moyen de transport pour y aller à ibiza ! Sinon la restauration les chambres les services tout est parfait à recommander vivement !!!

We stayed at this hotel in September with our toddler and we were so impressed with the place and especially the hard working staff. There was always something to do for everyone and if you're there with little ones, I could not have been more impressed with the animator team! Special thanks to Maja, Feli and Marco who always made an effort to speak to us/our little one, give a high five when walking past or if they saw us in the eating area. The food was plentiful and varied day to day although I can see why people found it repetitive.. the quality varied too. Regardless, dessert was always good. The small private beach is beautiful although it's a shame there's no loungers there (probably due to space). Unfortunately there was quite a lot of stairs required to get from A to B which is not ideal if you're pregnant or have mobility issues. Rooms could be cleaned more often and more updated but to be honest we didn't spend much time in ours so it didn't really bother us. Each night there was a kids disco which was loved by the kids but was quite repetitive and there was no variations in routines/songs so it made for a boring hour for the adults, unless you choose to get involved in the dancing and singing. Once again, it was predominantly the friendly staff that made the holiday for us so we would definitely come back here again!

I do not recommend the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly, but once we got to the room, it was full of cockroaches. There were so many that we had to go to another room. We were then transferred to another room. The next morning we asked if we could stay in that room and that was fine. The receptionist was a little unclear at first, joking about it in a flirty way, which was very irritating, but at least we could stay in the room. Now we are six months later and I see on my credit card that they have charged the same full amount! We try to call them, but they don't answer. Emailed several times, but they don't let us know anything more. So now we have paid twice.... It was €400 and we have now paid a total of €800! Very unreliable hotel.

Schönes Hotel: kleine, feine, ansprechende und saubere Zimmer.
Sehr nachhaltiges Konzept.
Das Essen ist immer frisch, abwechslungsreich. Der Fisch ist top!
Mein Highlight die täglich wechselnde Suppe, da fühlt man sich wie zuhause:)
Sehr fleißiges und achtsames Personal.
Des Weiteren hatte man ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl hier.

Best place to hold Tantra Festival.
