QUIMERA RESTAURANT
A pretty terrace overlooking the Estany des Peix, but it's in the kitchen that the Quimera shines its star. At the helm is talented Barcelona chef Anna Jiménez García, who, after winning the Balearic Islands' first Michelin star at Can Dani, is now delighting diners with her bold, inventive gastronomy. The menu features classic dishes revisited with unexpected combinations: wild sea bream tartare with orange, coconut and pink chili; canelón with porcini mushrooms and truffles; and sea bass cooked in its own juice with turnip emulsion. A real favorite!
