Two visionary Formentera fishermen have transformed an ancestral know-how into a gastronomic success: dried fish, once reserved for local tables, is now exported to supermarkets and delicatessens. Under the brand name "Peix Sec de Formentera", this artisanal product comes in jars of olive oil - classic or organic - and remains true to its original simplicity: dried fish, salt and olive oil. Nothing added, nothing superfluous, just the authenticity of a reinvented tradition. Not a bad way to liven up a salad!
