This is one of the island's most expensive and exclusive restaurants. The heirs of Juan and Andréa have taken over the reins of the establishment, serving lobster, gambas, langoustines, paellas and fish in an idyllic setting. Luxury boats from Ibiza have made it an almost obligatory stopover on the summer pleasure trail. Those who drop anchor offshore can even take advantage of a zodiac service reserved for guests. For the rest of us, the restaurant is accessible via a dirt track. Luxury, calm and pleasure.
