The island of S'Espardell is just over 1,500 meters long and is part of the Ses Salines Natural Park
The island of S'Espardell lies to the north of Formentera and to the east of S'Espalmador. It is just over 1,500 meters long. Its wild, protected territory is made up of steep cliffs and a small cove called Mollet. To the west are the remains of a Muslim defense tower, while to the north stands the S'Espardell lighthouse. The island is part of the Ses Salines nature park, and its east coast is classified as an "integral reserve", maximum protection that prohibits the mooring of boats and the extraction of any natural resources.
